I am hiring a new English instructor for my school. One day, I took two resumes from people applying for the job. I think to hire an English teacher for junior high school is very difficult. Two of them are wonderful. But I just need to choose one. Debra has more education than Lynn. But Lynn learned more other language more than Debra. They were also awarded many prizes in the past. I am mired in difficulties. Due to those two people have different experiences. So I think it's hard for me to decide. Finally, I chose Debra Fines to be our school’s teacher. Because Debra has more employment experience than Lynn has. I think she can use her professional experience to improve our students' abilities.
